TextApprentice is Canadian owned and operated. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it — in plain language.

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number, and message — so we can reply to your inquiry.
• Client intake form: business details, contact information, plan choice, and message wording — so we can set up your service.
• Dashboard accounts: your email address and login credentials — so you can access your dashboard.

Information from the service

For active clients, the service processes missed-call records and text replies. That is the core of what TextApprentice does: a caller’s reply is forwarded to the business owner so they can follow up. We use this information only to operate the service.

Where your information lives

Our website and dashboards are hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which stores form submissions and account data. Text messages are sent through our messaging provider. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to operate the service (hosting and messaging) or as required by law.

Cookies

We do not use advertising trackers. The site uses a small number of cookies:

• Essential: a dashboard login session, so you stay signed in; your cookie consent choice, so we don’t ask you twice. Our hosting provider may also set its own essential cookies to serve the site securely.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and what device and browser they use. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga) and sends that information to Google. Analytics only starts after you acknowledge the cookie notice below. You can opt out entirely with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

If this policy changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
